Fantastic speakers, camaraderie highlight Florida Campus Homecoming 2018

Nearly 500 attendees enjoyed a weekend of presentations by chiropractic’s leading speakers, reunions, fellowship and networking at the Florida Campus Homecoming Feb. 23-25.

Keynote presentations were delivered by Florida Campus President Peter Martin, D.C., Palmer College Provost Dan Weinert, D.C., Ph.D., and wounded veteran and author Shilo Harris. Attendees were able to earn up to 20 hours of CE credits and received up-to-the-minute information to implement in practice on Monday morning. Plus they were updated on the latest chiropractic products and services at the vendor expo.

Social events during Homecoming included the President’s Reception, where a special shadow box dedicated to Academic Dean Donald Gran, D.C., M.S.Ed., who passed away last September, was unveiled with his wife, Brenda Gran, in attendance. Alumni enjoyed catching up with former classmates at the Friday Night Celebration and the Five- and Ten-year Reunion events. Additionally, there was an open house for the new Chiropractic Rehabilitation and Sports Performance Center.
