National Yoga Month

Happy National Yoga Month! Since September is National Yoga Month, here are some of the books the library has available for checkout on the subject! There are many benefits to practicing yoga including stress relief, strengthened muscles, and it can even help with back pain so be sure to check one out. Or, if you’re on the Davenport campus, you can go to one of the yoga classes being taught in the new gym on Sundays at 2:45pm or Wednesdays at 6:30am!
